A reminder that your sponsorship fee includes accommodation, however flights are not included. For more information on event times please refer to the Agenda and/or the FAQ page. We suggest arriving in the morning or afternoon on Sunday, March 16. Check-in at The Kimpton Santo is at 3:00pm. The event begins with our Opening Reception at 7:00pm on Sunday, March 16. The last event is a Gala evening on Tuesday, March 18, ending late. Departures can be any time on Wednesday, March 19. Check-out is at 12:00pm.
