Registration

When and where is the conference taking place?

The conference will be held from Sunday, March 16, 2025 to Wednesday, March 19, 2025 in the Kimpton Santo, San Antonio.

How do I register for the conference?

Advisors can register here and partners can register here, or on our event website by following the registration instructions. Spots are limited so be sure to sign up soon!

What is included in my registration?

For advisors, your registration has no fee, and includes event meals, access to all main room sessions, breakout sessions, networking, and evening events. Hotel, flights, and transfers will be at your own cost.

For partners, please reference your tailor-made sponsorship package for full details on registration inclusions.

Is there a registration deadline?

Registrations are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to register early to secure your spot.

Can I attend the conference virtually?

No, we will not be recording this conference for virtual attendance.

Can I bring a guest?
No, this event is exclusively for registered advisors and partners, and guests are not permitted to attend the conference.
What is the event cancellation policy?

Event cancellations to be made by Friday, January 31, 2025.

Hotel

How do I book a hotel room at the conference rate?

For advisors, we’ve secured a room block at the brand-new Kimpton Santo Hotel with special rates for conference attendees. To book your room, click here.

For partners, hotel bookings will be made on your behalf, and confirmations sent to you.

How much is the hotel?

Rooms at The Kimpton Santo are available at a special event rate between $279 - $299+ USD per night.

Can attendees book a different hotel?

Yes, attendees are welcome to arrange their own accommodations, but we recommend staying at the designated event hotel The Kimpton Santo, to make the most of networking opportunities and event amenities.

Travel Logistics

Does Travel Edge arrange transport to and from the airport?

No, Travel Edge does not provide airport transportation. However, local transportation options, such as taxis, Ubers, and Lyft, are available, and the hotel is a short 15-minute drive from San Antonio Airport (SAT).

When should I plan to arrive and depart?

We suggest arriving any time on Sunday, March 16. Check-in at The Kimpton Santo is at 3:00pm. Limitless Luxury: Crafting the Extraordinary begins with our Opening Reception at 7:00pm on Sunday, March 16. There will also be a 6:00pm VIP Welcome Drink exclusive to partners and advisors by invite only. The last event is a gala evening on Tuesday, March 18 ending late. Departures can be any time on Wednesday, March 19, check-out at The Kimpton Santo is at 12:00pm.

Which airport is closest to the venue?

The primary airport is San Antonio International Airport (SAT), located just 15 minutes away. Alternatively, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the venue.

Event Agenda

What are the daily event timings?

Each day’s agenda will vary, but you can expect your days to begin at 8:00am and end at 5:00pm, with evening events beginning between 6:00pm and 7:00pm. A detailed daily schedule will be provided closer to the event.

Are all meals included for the three days? If not, which ones are on my own?

Most meals are included during the event:

  • Sunday, March 16: opening reception - passed canapes
  • Monday, March 17: breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, break snacks, and partner dine-around dinner
  • Tuesday, March 18: breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, break snacks, and gala evening dinner

Any meals not covered will be noted in the agenda.

What is the dress code? Are there themed evenings?

The general conference dress code is business casual. For evening events, smart business or elegant attire is recommended, with our final evening featuring a themed “Sunset Soirée”, where cocktail attire in your favorite sunset hues is encouraged.

Will networking be pre-scheduled? Do I need to book my meetings?

Yes, networking appointments will be pre-scheduled. Attendees will have the opportunity to request and confirm appointments through our event platform Cvent prior to the event. We highly encourage you, when Cvent opens, to respond quickly to incoming meeting requests and also to reach out to participating partners.

If I do not fill my networking schedule, will Travel Edge add 1:1 networking meetings to my schedule?

Yes, if there are available slots, Travel Edge will help fill your networking schedule to ensure productive meetings. If spots are unavailable, the conference will have other agenda items for you to explore during the networking time.

What are the guidelines for 1:1 networking appointments?

Each networking appointment will last 15-minutes, with 5-minutes to then move to your next meeting. Please be respectful of others’ schedules and arrive on time for each appointment. Any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance within the event platform Cvent. Any attendees who do not show up to their scheduled appointment(s) will be penalized and may not be invited to attend future Travel Edge events.

Is there a tradeshow?

No, this conference will not be hosting a tradeshow.

Miscellaneous

What will the weather be like in mid-March in San Antonio?

In mid-March, San Antonio typically experiences mild Spring weather. Expect daytime temperatures to range between 60°F and 75°F (16°C to 24°C), with cooler evenings around 60°F (16°C). We recommend bringing layers to stay comfortable, especially for outdoor evening events.

Will the name badges indicate if the individual is a supplier or an agent?

Yes, name badges will display whether the attendee is a partner or an advisor to facilitate easier networking.

Will there be an event app?

Yes, we will have an event app same as our event platform, hosted on Cvent. Here you’ll be able to view the agenda, your own schedule, and access event resources. This will be made available closer to the event.
