Code of Conduct

To participate in our event, all attendees, speakers, and partners (together, “Participants”) must abide by this code of conduct (the “Code of Conduct”). To support an environment that builds community and positivity, the following is expected of all Participants:

1:1 Networking:

• Participant must promptly attend all pre-scheduled 1:1 networking appointments.
• Any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance within the event website or app.
• Any attendees who no-show will be penalized and may not be invited to attend future Travel Edge events.

Respect and Inclusion:

• Treat all other Participants with respect, regardless of their background.
• Avoid discriminatory, offensive, or harassing behavior.

Professionalism:

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude.
• Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Responsible Technology Use:

• Use technology responsibly and respect others' privacy.
• Obtain consent before sharing media involving Participants.

By participating in our events, Participants consent to inclusion in any event photography and/or videography to be used for marketing purposes.

By participating in our events, Participants consent to the potential sharing of your contact information with our participating Partner Suppliers. Participants understand and acknowledge that this information will be shared solely to facilitate communication and follow-up between members and Partner Suppliers who have met at our events.

Participants understand and acknowledge that the name substitution deadline is January 31, 2025, and any requests for name substitutions after this date will not be guaranteed on hotel rooms or event materials (e.g., name badges, place cards, signage, etc.).

A violation of the Code of Conduct, as determined by Travel Edge in its sole discretion, may result in your immediate removal from the event. No refunds will be offered to Participants who are removed from the event due to a violation of the Code of Conduct and Travel Edge reserves its rights to recover or make claims for any fees, costs or other damages from a Participant that violates this Code of Conduct.
