Frequently Asked Questions

Does Travel Edge arrange transport to and from the airport?

No, we are not arranging any airport transfers for the event. 

Can attendees stay at a different hotel?  

Yes, but we strongly encourage everyone to stay at The Kimpton Santo.

Can I bring a guest to the event?

This is an exclusive, invite-only event with limited space, so we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests.

When should I plan to arrive and depart?

We suggest arriving any time on Sunday, March 16. Check-in at The Kimpton Santo is at 4:00pm. Limitless Luxury: Crafting the Extraordinary begins with our Opening Reception at 7:00pm on Sunday, March 16. There will also be a 6:00pm VIP Welcome Drink exclusive to partners and advisors by invite only. The last event is a gala evening on Tuesday, March 18 ending late. Departures can be any time on Wednesday, March 19, check-out at The Kimpton Santo is at 11:00am.
